Welcome to NextGen Investing Camp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or enrolling in our camp, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Our programs are designed for students. If a participant is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must register the student and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

By enrolling a student, the parent or guardian represents that they have the legal authority to do so.

2. Program Description

NextGen Investing Camp provides educational programs focused on financial literacy and investing concepts.
We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice, and participation does not guarantee any financial outcomes.

3. Registration & Payments

  • Registration is completed online through our website.

  • All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the program start date.

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion after that time.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

If we cancel a program, a full refund will be issued.

5. Camp Conduct & Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully toward instructors and other students

  • Follow all camp rules and instructions

  • Use appropriate language and conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, with or without a refund.

6. Online Programs & Recordings (If Applicable)

For online camps:

  • Sessions may be recorded for educational or quality purposes.

  • Recordings and materials are for personal use only.

  • Recording, sharing, or distributing camp content without permission is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All camp materials, including slides, videos, worksheets, and content, are owned by NextGen Investing Camp and protected by copyright.

Participants may not copy, share, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.

8. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer

Participation in the camp is voluntary. You understand that:

  • Educational content may involve discussion of real-world financial concepts

  • We are not responsible for personal decisions made based on camp content

The camp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Investing Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the camp or use of our website.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, video conferencing tools). We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
