FAQ

Here are our response to your frequently asked questions! If you have any concerns or additional questions feel free to reach out to the team via email.

Do you need prior experience to join the camp?

No prior experience is needed! Our camp is designed for beginners as we teach everything step by step in a fun, easy-to-understand way.

How old do you have to be to attend the camp?

Students must be between 10 and 15 years old to attend the camp.

How many students are in each class?

Class sizes are kept small to ensure personalized instruction, with typically 20-25 students per class.

Will their be homework?

No homework at all! Students will learn and complete everything during camp hours, ensuring they are fully guided as they build confidence and skills in financial literacy.

What happens if you or the teacher loses connectivity?

If the instructor temporarily loses connectivity, the session will pause and resume as soon as the connection is restored. If the issue persists, we will promptly communicate with parents and students and ensure no learning time is lost.

If a student temporarily loses connectivity, they may rejoin the session once their connection is restored. Instructors will assist the student in catching up, and students will not be penalized for brief technical issues. If a student misses an entire lesson or multiple lessons due to connectivity issues, NextGen will provide access to recorded sessions when available.

NextGen does not offer refunds for missed classes unless a class is canceled by NextGen or otherwise approved by the instructor.
